How far in advance should I book my event catering?

We strongly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Certain times of the year, particularly summer months, are extremely popular and can be booked up to two years in advance. Early booking ensures availability and allows ample time for planning your perfect menu and service experience.

Can I provide my own drinks for the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are welcome to supply your own drinks. However, for health, safety and licensing compliance, all beverages must be managed and served by our trained staff. A service charge will apply for this provision. Alternatively, we offer a range of curated drinks packages. Please contact us for further details.

Do you offer children’s meals?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are happy to provide bespoke children’s menus tailored to your event. Alternatively, we can prepare simplified versions of your selected menu if preferred. We are flexible and will work with you to ensure younger guests are well catered for.

Question 4

What is your policy regarding setup and clean-up?

Accepted Answer

We will set up the catering area in line with the agreed event schedule and confirmed guest numbers. There is an additional charge applicable for crockery set up if required. At the end of the event, our team will clear and clean all catering-related equipment and service areas. Please note that we are not responsible for clearing décor, florals, table styling, or other non-catering elements.

Can I provide additional food alongside your catering?

Unfortunately, due to strict health and safety regulations, we are unable to permit third-party food to be served alongside our catering. We are also unable to serve or manage food provided by external suppliers.
This policy ensures food safety, quality control, and compliance with our insurance and hygiene standards.

Question 6

Can guests take leftover food home after the event?

Accepted Answer

If there is surplus food at the end of your event and it is deemed safe to do so, we can provide takeaway containers for guests. This is subject to availability of packaging and food safety regulations.

Question 7

If my guest numbers decrease, will I receive a refund?

Accepted Answer

Once final numbers are confirmed, catering preparation begins based on those figures. As food purchasing, preparation time, and staffing arrangements are made in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for reduced numbers after confirmation.

Question 8

What are your payment terms?

Accepted Answer

To secure your booking, we require a 35% deposit. The remaining balance (65%) is due four weeks prior to your event, once final guest numbers have been confirmed.
Please note that dates are not secured until the deposit has been received.
